Cross-Border Educational Program

Washington Lodge No. 3 in Williston, Vermont is hosting a "Cross-Border Masonic Educational Program" with the members of Clarenceville-Nelson Lodge No. 9. as well as members District of Bedford,  on June 1st, 2016.  It will begin with dinner at the Green Mountain Masonic Center at 6:00, followed by the joint meeting.


The members of Washington Lodge No. 3 will then proceed to open the Lodge in the Entered Apprentice Degree (York Rite).

Following limited business, the Lodge will be called to refreshment for education so that the Quebec delegation may fill the Chairs and demonstrate the following program:

Open the Lodge (Quebec Emulation Rite);
Call off and Call on;
Receive a Delegation of Grand Lodge Officers with Grand Honors;
Close the Lodge (Quebec Emulation Rite).

Washington Lodge will then resume labor.  An open and animated session will follow to discuss differences and similarities between the American and Canadian Rituals.

The Lodge will then be closed by Washington Lodge No. 3.

A light Festive Board of snacks and drinks will follow, including a number of customary toasts.

It is expected to be a fun and informative evening, as we reinforce fraternal relations between our American & Canadian Brethren.
